  2. I do this in the evening after putting the kids to bed, instead of sitting on the couch or getting into bed myself. It truly rejuvenates me so I can clean up the house and get work done. I've sent this to a few people.

  3. Hello Joe, just getting back to yoy after breaking my arm. Love this one. Just do different ones for burpees until wrist stronger. Flippin roasting here as well!

  5. 1st day today on this one, just come from quite an easy 7 minute workout. I'm am blowing out of my arse ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ but I am determined to get fit and healthy again. Thanks for the video
