Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has signed Barcelona B goalkeeper Arnau Tenas. The move comes after PSG’s goalkeeper Sergio Rico suffered a serious injury earlier this year.
Tenas, who played the entire last season with Barcelona B and featured in Spain’s U21 Euro campaign, joins PSG as a potential replacement for Rico.
The signing of Tenas may rule out PSG’s pursuit of Sevilla’s Yassine Bounou.
Tenas expressed his excitement to be part of PSG’s global project and mentioned his familiarity with coach Luis Enrique.
He is expected to be the third-choice keeper behind Gianluigi Donnarumma and Keylor Navas.
