I'm not sure Juventus would be a "good fit" for Jonathan David… Lots of other problems going on at that club (i.e. cooking the books)… Serious financial irregularities going on at that club would be a huge distraction. Would it not? I like the idea of Tottenham, but I'm not sure if David is "selfish" enough as a striker to play in the Premier League. A striker in the Premier League must be "selfish" in the footballing sense, so I'm not sure if the Premier League is good for David either…
Jonathan David is easily the best striker in CONCACAF (and it's not particularly close) Juve would be a step up from Lille, I know US/Canadian fans like to say France is a big 5 league, though I agree it's 5th, it's a big 4 not a big 5, the EPL is top, then it's some configuration of Spain, Germany and Italy, then there's a gap, then everybody else Ligue 1 is closer to the Eredivisie or the Portuguese league than it is the big 4
