Arsenal are rated most valuable team because of their avg age, avg length of contract, avg wages per player, talent level across the squad, and estimated transfer value per player.
Kudus can play multiple midfield positions and even play in two forward positions. He will back up Saka, and get a good number of starts to give Saka a rest day as much as makes sense. He can even start in place of Jesus or Havertz when needed.
Kudus is super versatile, and thus he will get plenty of starts at Arsenal, just not always in the same position.
