      Boogie played in an era where the talent in the Center position is as weak as ever. We are talking about Dwight starting to decline and Embiid, Jokic, and AD are young players or not even in the league yet. His competetion for the best center in the league is Noah and Gasol. No disrespect to the both of them but, it’s a clear sample of having a weaker center play compare to other eras. I am still a fan of Cousins and I hate to see the AD and Boogie duo broke up too early because of injuries.

      Boogie didn't have mike Malone n a great defense that rotates n switches as much. Denver n jokic play great team defense. It's nit individuals that make that system work. Obviously it's heavy jokic but to say oh kings n Denver not far off is so asinine

      I feel like it's hard to accurately assess how good Boogie was because of the fact that he played for the Kings. In 2015-16 (one of his prime years) his best teammate was Rudy Gay, and no disrespect to Rudy Gay buit if he is your second best player then your team is booty cheeks. Once he got to New Orleans we got to see a bit of how good he could actually be. In 2017-18 he posted career highs in rebounds & assists, with improved defensive stats, alongside the most efficient season of his peak. If we got to see him play for a competent organization I think he would be a half-step behind Jokic & Embiid overall, instead of being notably not as good. Sucks he got injured.

      Boogie was good, but to say that he is on the same tier of Joel or Joker is ridiculous. He was a solid all star, not a franchise player.

      You have barely been watching the NBA for 10 years but want to act like the arbiter of who's properly rated by NBA fans. You call players like Stockton overrated despite people rarely ever putting him in their top 25 in spite of him unbreakably holding 2 of the top 10 most sought after records in the NBA.

      NOBODY THINKS COUSINS WAS THAT GOOD. let fan bases appreciate the closest thing they have to all-time greats. We can't all bandwagon all the stars or 75% of the league would be irrelevant.

      I'd be delighted to hear someone compare Boogie to Embid or (Jesus Christ) Jokic because I can safely ignore their opinions on the NBA going forward, but I still enjoyed this video

      An amazing all time player, it’s not dumb to believe that he (at one point) possessed a skillset similar to those of Jokic and Embiid. It is however, flat out DISGUSTING to say better. Especially better than Jokic.

      Yeah Demarcus isn’t that efficient and I’m not gonna die on the hill that he’s in the conversation with jokic and Embiid. But to just look at scoring numbers without considering how the defence has to focus their attention due to team construction doesn’t seem fair.

      So you are not taking into account how much smaller every big man is today compared to just 5-10 yrs ago because Embiid finishing leaves a lot to be desired as well his scoring is overrated evident of every single huge playoff drop off every single yr I also see you not taking into account some of the worst draft picks in history for Cousins Kings tenure either

      If the kings didn’t draft horribly fire and trade everyone who resembled help including Mike Malone I know that name sounds familiar this video wouldn’t even be made because Mike Malone previous run in with Boogie helped him unlock Jokic and Cousins defense is so bad he destroyed jokic 4 yrs ago and clamped him 😂😂😂

      Darren collision literally was out of the league like 2 yrs after the yr you mention and Omri Casspi is a scrub bro not better then old Jeff green and when has Rudy Gay ever proved to be a impactful player we saw the grizzlies win and compete in playoff series yr in and out with him injured that’s why they moved on from dude the entire NBA has changed in its entirety becoming much easier for huge guys with skills

      Yeah sure Embiid and Jokic are better, they literally had rosters built around them their entire career, never once was that done with DeMarcus man, Im not necessarily saying hes better but he most certainly was at their level, theres a reason Boogie got all nba nods and mvp considerations a couple years, but the Kings up until the last few years were an atrocious front office, and literally ruined Boogies career by wasting his younger years with no development or vets, Boogie never once had a vet to teach him anything, Boogie is most certainly underrated
