  1. How did you account for tendons taking longer to develop to that level of strain compared to muscle development? I’m
    Working on my stalder press handstand now and after 2 months of training, my shoulders are feeling it a lot.

  4. Inspiring video, but I don't get why you would lie about the timeline? 100 days XD. This only makes people feel like failure when they think they can get these kind of results this fast.

  5. 25.5 % of fat at the start? He didn't even have a belly, this is bullshit. I had the same amount of fat and it looks like nothing of that. And I can do backflips, frontflips and sideflips, 20 pull ups in a row, 50 push up, horizontal, and stuff like that, I push 100 kg on the bench, I can make muscle ups 5 in a row, I can hold flag (ON BOTH SIDES), handstand near 30 seconds. When I reduce my fat to 17% I still look more fat than him with his 25,5%. This is ridiculous. And I'm eating only 1650-1750 kcal a day. What the fuck?
