Working on my stalder press handstand now and after 2 months of training, my shoulders are feeling it a lot.
After diving in deep I have just started the full flexibility toolkit and cannot wait to see how far I get in 100 days. I am so inspired you don't even know.
Couldn't do any of this in 100 years. (Not surprising as I'm about 80% fat/20% chocolate). Wow great work. Loving the music too.

Inspiring video, but I don't get why you would lie about the timeline? 100 days XD. This only makes people feel like failure when they think they can get these kind of results this fast.

25.5 % of fat at the start? He didn't even have a belly, this is bullshit. I had the same amount of fat and it looks like nothing of that. And I can do backflips, frontflips and sideflips, 20 pull ups in a row, 50 push up, horizontal, and stuff like that, I push 100 kg on the bench, I can make muscle ups 5 in a row, I can hold flag (ON BOTH SIDES), handstand near 30 seconds. When I reduce my fat to 17% I still look more fat than him with his 25,5%. This is ridiculous. And I'm eating only 1650-1750 kcal a day. What the fuck?
I just started Pancake training and shoulder training and itβs been awesome. Iβm curious about the hamstring protocol used to get these gains!!
