CAICEDO HOLD UP? | CHELSEA NOT IN FOR A STRIKER? | DIOGO COSTA LATE IN THE WINDOW? | FRASER FLETCHER

Guni is back with a transfer chat with reporter Fraser Fletcher as they discuss Chelsea’s current activity in the transfer market as well as future potential signings.

Moises Caicedo has been tipped to go to Chelsea for a while now but the deal has taken its time to come close to a conclusion. Should Chelsea fans be worried another team may look to swoop in and take advantage of the slow negotiations?

There have been reports from Fabrizio Romano that Chelsea are no longer n for a striker and the responsibilities will be shared with Jackson & Broja. Fraser has some interesting things to say in regards to this take.

The goalkeeper position is another position that Chelsea have been rumored not to be strengthening. Manchester United look set to sign Andre Onana from Ajax but there could be a push late in the window for Portuguese international Diogo Costa.

  1. Big up Gunni
Starting to get concerned seem to be only signing kids the latest being a 14 year old goalkeeper
Where is the quality midfielders we desperately need ๐Ÿค”โ˜น๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ก

  2. This Pochettino team needs Joao Felix especially at RW, yes we have Madueke but I'm not convinced with his playing style, I mean imagine Sterling LW, Nkunku CAM and Felix RW that would be a great attacking trio you won't even have to worry who the striker is cause Sterling, Nkunku and Felix will be scoring goals๐Ÿ˜‚

  3. Jackson is enough. IMO. He has all the right Attributes to be a top striker in the premier league. His finishing is excellent especially inside the box.

We should stick with Jackson and Broja and then if need be, we buy Toney in January.

  4. Good shout on Ramos Gunni. Ramos fits the profile, but wouldnโ€™t he be a difficult and Uber expensive to pry away from Benfica?

  5. Well established strikers have flopped badly. Trying the promising talent is our risk free option. Why can't we develop our own talent instead us relying on other teams to eventually take advantage of us. We end up developing players for others by always loaning them even when they proven themselves in other teams. The next thing they don't renew their contract. Gone.

  6. On the basis that Chelsea spent ยฃ600m and recouped ยฃ200m how can the club keep buying and comply with Financial Fair Play?
