I really think he is a headless chicken with a first touch of a rhino. He was always underforming his xg and he always will. Just watch Klopp getting tired and benching him in a couple months again
TAA is not really press resistant, so this system bears huge risks for Liverpool. Any team with good pressing system upfront will be a problem.
I don't have any worries over Darwin, he one of those players who like the ball played into a space infront of him and he can speed past a defender and get a shot off at goal. He great comming in behind play and slid into the box to score a goal.
Before you worry about that he cann't hold up a ball, to dribble like Luis. Then just think back about Aldridge, Rush and Torres. These are the type of players which we have in Darwins style of play…..
Get the ball to Nunez, around the box, it will most likely end up in a goal, as the pre season matches have show.

Not sure about you guys but i love Gakpo, Nunez and Jota… issue is it feels like only one can start as they're all best in the 9😆I'm hoping Gakpo can be moulded into a midfielder (8/10 rotate with Szobo and Mc), got a great frame and technical ability. Our 5 attackers are scary good.

Even Gakpo as an attacking midfielder…it still keeps the 3 in midfield and single pivot as Klopp loves. We just have so many amazing forwards it’s impossible to get them all starting.
all he has to do is not shank the ball every time he's in to score. I'm not so convinced.
The best front 3 is Gakpo, Darwin, Salah. Diaz and jota as super subs off the bench. But gakpo and Darwin are the future of liverpool

Lol absolute nonsense Nunez is not scoring goals this season his still shit playing against to pub teams and scoring shows nothing the fact Liverpool will not be dominating games because there not a strong team anymore will also affect Nunez because he needs 5 chances to score and he will be lucky to get 2 or 3 chances and against the biggest teams maybe 1 his shot to goal ratio is rubbish even at Benfica it’s not going to change his not a clinical goal scorer 💩
