Great execution by Hotspurs. Vertonghen nailed that lob to Kane which he pulled Jones from the back. Delle outrunned Smalling, which is embarassing because Smalling has the first start. At this point no one can stop Eriksen in the box because Jones and Smalling already been baited by Kane and Delle. Young does not seen him coming. I'd say this is clearly Matic fault for not getting involved in defense, making Jones go out from his position. It's also kinda Smalling's fault.
