  1. People forget how vital he was, especially towards the end of 16/17. The Stoke game away was just a masterclass from him.

  2. Wish we still had him, would be getting play time since Allison is injured and is better than our current backup that were using atm

  3. Made a few mistakes but klopp was way to harsh on him, its klopp own fault he lost champions league final tht year with mignolet in goal theyd have a way bigger chanche of winning against real

  4. Liverpool made a great mistake. Had they allowed mignolet to be the first keeper during2018 champions league final, Liverpool might have won.

  5. I still can't understand why Brendan Rodgers chose Simon Mignolet over Pepe Reina in 2013/14, and neither could Reina, who had to go on loan to Napoli. He's no bad keeper, and now probably only Courtois keeps him out of the Belgium goal. But in Liverpool's best league season since 1990 Minolet was only 25, and at that time Reina was a better and far more experienced keeper who could have made the difference in the title race against Man City, more than any slip or horrible pass. The following season Jürgen Klopp got Loris Karius instead, and that says a lot.

  6. Man Utd fan speaking. What a great goalkeeper the guy is. Better than Adrian and Karius. I wasn’t happy when Klopp used Karius over him in the 2018 UCL final. Glad Mignolet lifted the UCL in the end. Wish him great luck in the future.
