Hibernian beat Rangers at Ibrox for the second time this season as Jamie Maclaren’s late penalty gave them a 2-1 win in the SPFL Ladbrokes Premiership. John McGinn gave Neil Lennon’s men the lead but Sean Goss levelled before Tavernier fouler Scott Allan and Maclaren converted from the spot.

Neil Lennon is the perfect man to lead the Green Army from Edinburgh. Great football, great attitude and some wonderful individual performances. I sincerely hope my fellow Irishman doesn't go anywhere until he is offered either of the two international Ireland jobs which I have no doubt be will be at some stage. Hibs are just a joy to watch under him; we are playing some spellbinding football at times. Mighty hurling Lenny boy as we say down here in Cork.
