  1. How i wish chelsea could sell him. There is no player i dislike more than him at Chelsea. It was a terrible decision to buy him im the 1st place. Absolutely awful player. Scores the chances that he should miss, and misses the chances he should score. Waste!

  2. With the salary he is earning, at the bare minimum he should be able to dribble past a player. Pls ship him to Arabia asap. Remnants of our deadwood.

  3. Raheem Sterling is full of it. He was overweight last season and is still a very clumsy player with a poor touch. He is another mistake signing for Chelsea.

  4. Football is about skill, speed and reaction times not muscle. What player puts on weight, muscle as they get older?, one that has a lot of muscle in the brain. Horrible season for Sterling, Pep proving yet again he knows when to move players on.

  5. And people slaughtered Pep for saying Kalvin arrived overweight from the world cup……
Generally I think the standards with weight aren't as strict at Chelsea as with Pep at City… That could explain sterling situation… MAYBE

  6. 🤣🤣🤣 story 🤣🤣🤣 bro not as prolific like when he played 4 city thts facts lol 🤣🤣🤣 sterlin b thinkin himself to much lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  7. Stupid excuse sterling..I just think you have past your best and u showed that yesterday against Brighton too….time to move on from Chelsea.

  8. Muscle weighs more than fat? They both weigh the same. Reminder to not listen to don about any dietary advice.

Could not disagree more with some of their takes in this one. Added muscle mass isn’t the issue there will only be a small amount of lean muscle gained within a few months, it’s the added fat in addition to the increase in overall weight that becomes the issue.

However I do agree than the training in the gym needs to be sports specific and the fact that weight gain (depending on how much) is likely to impact the players movement.

One thing i don’t understand about raheems excuse is the fact he could easily drop the weight with a few tweaks to his diet and routine, and why not change back to his original diet a few months into the season if it isn’t working.

  9. The diet remained for the whole season ? Didn't think of changing it? guys, he is the highest paid player in the club, so why bother. He left city for that reason

  10. I think Raheem Sterling is just being honorable and blaming himself instead of how terrible the team was last season… that wasn’t his best season but Chelsea played so terrible last season that he STILL led the team in goals lolol but Chelsea looks way better now in their first two games so I think he will have a great season.

  11. No diet nor nothing will change he just not good enough needs to be gone we another Arab team to come take him and the useless cucurela

  12. The diet excuse is utterly stupid.
It doesn't take months to find out this.
Diets are tweaked all the time and they could easily have tweaked his diet very quickly when they found out that his diet made him slower.
And more muscles doesn't have to make you any slower at all.
It all depends on how you train and what muscles you train.
Do 100 meter sprinters lack muscles?
    Not at all!
If his increased muscles has resulted in him becoming much slower and more sluggish, then it is mainly a result of training wrong, and not just because he has gotten more muscles.
And him getting more muscles should not affect his ability to make the right choices, his touch, his shooting, his ability to read the game and more.
Most likely we will see a poor Sterling this coming season as well and then he will come with a new excuse.
And most media will support him because everybody love him.
I have heard nothing but excuses from and for Sterling for the last 5 years.
