These tackles would have been called in Serie A with all the professional divers and whistle happy refs. I always knew the Premiere League suited him better, he always had the physical part of the game and showed that Juventus grinta. Just had a poor season in UCL and lacked that final ball. Always ha dled his job well and with the tempo at Prem he'd do well to attack an exposed team, prob looks so open to him since Serie A teams don't get exposed easily.
Bentancur has been an absolute revaluation and has also helped bring the best out of Højbjerg too.
Hopefully, he's a long term acquisition and stays for as long as we can keep him.
The work he does off and around the ball is just beautiful.

As a Juve fan I was the odd guy out because I defended him. Yeah he is not world-class and can be prone to mistakes but the effort he pulls off on the pitch is immense. He was the only guy who I thought was fighting in the midfield and actually was good on the ball. Tottenham really knocked it out of the park with the Kulu and Benta deal. Good job Paratici.
