Cancelo NEVER made that statement about Tuchel winning him a Champions League. This narrative has been pushed by crappy journalists. I'm Portuguese, he never said anything remotely close to what was reported. He thanked Nagelsmann for his help because he was the one who wanted him at Bayern in the first place and said he was going to work hard to assimilate Tuchel's system, that's it. I've seen the interview countless times, the guy never said anything remotely close to that. Anybody that understands Portuguese will tell you the same, there wasn't even a mere mention of Champions League Trophies. Cancelo at his best is a world class player. An awesome talent.
If he's able to improve upon his attitude and team ethic then he should stay and continue.
In the real world when you get dozens of people together there are going to be issues now and again.
If Cancelo stays great. If he wants to go he needs to find a club with +£60m to get him out.
Nobody knows everything that goes on with a person. I suspect Cancelo wants and needs greater support for us to see his best again.

Completely agree with you. Was along the same lines even before watching. Afterwards even more so. I had heard about Cancelo mass blocking ppl across his socials. Had no idea he'd gone in to DMs, if he did that to you for a quote. There are no doubt more ppl he did the same to. Not the attitude of a top notch pro. I wish he is able to move on from City for the sake of all parties involved
