Well said guys. Give Ange time. He's already made huge steps in changing the style of play in short space of time. Defence needs work but as long as we score more goals than the opposition we'll be fine!

Completely changing a playing system to something that's polar opposite to what players have been used to is not simple. Needs time to develope" muscle memory ". At the moment they need to constantly think of where and what they should be doing. It takes time so that infield actions become automatic. Plus different playing philosophy requires different skill sets from players. Not all can do a good job of adapting.
About west ham game:- on various chat I've seen ToTALLY opposing views in Tanganga and Porro! Some saying they had great games and others saying they were poor. I lean towards the latter… what are your thoughts.
