Brentford are going to turn us over no matter who starts. That 1st half against wolves was the worst 45 minutes of football I have seen Chelsea play in modern times. Blaming it on covid is a cop out.
So I kinda expect us to change shape for Brentford to a 4-2-3-1…. not sure what the lineup will look like, but I expect to see Kepa in goal, as well as Sarr, Mbuyamba, Vale, Rankine, and Brooking… I'm sure not all of them will start, but I still exist to see those players on the pitch at some point

Look at who we've bought from prem teams, chilwell and kante, look at who Liverpool have bought from prem clubs mane and van dijk, City bought grealish, mahrez and sterling, if a holding midfielder is what it's going to take then swallow your pride marina and pay the money for rice

Declan Rice is a fantastic prospect for the future but is far too expensive.!! His stock has risen drastically as he is playing some great football right now, but West Ham will demand mega bucks as they want to keep him, and they will probably demand over 100m to sign him as they know that figure will put clubs off, and that's just what they want. In other words, it's a bugger off price. So Tshuameni at say 50m is a great alternative. Have said for ages we should use our brilliant academy players to replace under performers like Saul and AlonSlo who contribute zilch to our squad.

Well said, Yan. This is a difficult time for Chelsea. The manager, the players, and even the fan base. Everybody likes to win. It's fun to win. I have no doubt that everyone at CFC is dedicated to winning. When adversity strikes, when the wins don't come, everyone's character is tested. The ownership and board, the manager, and the players must search for ways to return to winning form. As supporters, our contribution to the club's success does not change. Supporting winners is easy. It's the difficult times, when the club is not winning as much has anyone would like to, that our character is tested. I am hopeful that we can show our character as a fan base and rally around this club and support them through the difficult times so that we may all enjoy future successes knowing that we are built to weather the next storm, regardless of when or in what form it arises.

Only thing I hate about your video is your Alonso bashing. In 3 consecutive videos you bashed him. In the last video you bashed him but left out his immaculate pass to Pulisic. Your commentary when it comes to Alonso is NOT balanced and your insistence on getting a new LB/LWB is naive. Let me ask you this, who would you prefer: Alonso vs Tsimikas, Shaw, Zinchenko, Sessegnon or Tierney? Personally, only Tsimikas beats Alonso in terms of being a more well rounded LB. In case you don't know, these are 2nd/1st choice LB's of competing teams. Knowing this, why would you want to trade Alonso for some unknown/untested LB? Even if it were the "super" Digne everyone is raving about, would it be fair to bring in a Super LB knowing he would only play second fiddle to Chillwell? The problem is not Alonso mate.. Chelsea as a whole is going through a difficult spell which we would get out of soon.
