This is actually really bad for all parties apart from Daniel levy. Spurs won't be able to sign a replacement if final decision is not made early enough. Bayern will be spending too much time on trying to sign a player. Harry kane also will be undecided what to be done. Even if he go at the last minute it will be difficult for him and bayern to adjust.
