Learning to press handstand can be a frustrating journey. Looking effortless for some and feel near impossible to others. Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy answer to unlocking the press because so many variables are at play. Fortunately, we can manipulate those variables and make a press more mechanically advantageous, and therefore much easier.

You brought up active flexibility so can you please make a video on how to do a controlled side kick that can be lifted vertically 180 degrees?
You should post another video dude!!!
I learned that people are "just like ants, really". Amazing video, I love this analytical approach. You are a truly great trainer!

Where is the part two? 🤔 And can you please make a very detailed tutorial on how to do a roundoff to really get off that ground? Please make more videos more often. I watch sooooo many tutorials and none of them are nearly as good as yours!! 😍

That was super helpful. I found out, that I dont lean forward enough…so I will start to build strengh there 👍🏼
What software do you use to create the overlay of your center of mass and the alignment of your handstand? It’s beautifully done.
This is literally gold! I got my straddle press before I've seen this video and I had to learn all of this the hard way… This really nails down everything there is to know! I think one of the trickiest part for me was to pass from shoulder leaning forward in the bottom to shoulders stacked on the hands when you reach the straddle handstand
Ở đâu đồng xanh đẹp quá vậy 😀

Just got introduced to your channel. The quality of videos are great. Explanations on anatomy, the why's and how's are crystal clear and in depth. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and keep on going.
Can you please do an explanation on the wrists, and the method to properly engage the wrists and train them to do handstands
