Buenos días Sunderland!
The lads – Gav, Chris and Martin – got together Sunday morning to react to a great result on the road, as Sunderland came from behind twice to bring another Championship point back to Wearside before the international break!
What’s the crack?
THE JEWISON BENNETTE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
How are we all feeling after yesterday’s result?
AJI LAD – Alese gets his first professional goal with a bit of help from that fangled goal line technology!
Not everyone had the best of days but Sunlun once again found a way!
What did the lads make of the overall performance? What about those youngsters brought on from the bench eh? Some serious talent there…
Matete, Diallo, Ba, Bennette – The future looks extremely bright!
Team spirit and camaraderie – Class to see the Lads all fighting for one another and looking after the new arrivals;
Tony f***in Mowbray is the absolute boyo so the lads start that ‘waxing lyrical’ business as they go over all the reasons they believe Mogga is the perfect fit for SAFC!
The Lads are buzzing, the fans are buzzing, the gaffer is buzzing – Watford aren’t buzzing – so what do we do now for a couple weeks?
HA’WAY THE (YOUNG) LADS!

Hola por favor activen los subtitulos, los Costarricenses también queremos saber su opinión sobre jewison y el sentir de la afición ❤️🤍
Everyone is talking about the knock down in the box, but no one has been mentioning the blatant handball in the box while the ref was literally staring right at it.
we need to read on spanish, we are from Costa Rica thanks
Very, very well covered lads, excellent podcast. So i'll go a little bit off beat.
Have we witnessed anything like this before? No but in 57 we had the polar opposite. I wasn't yet born but my old man explained why he wasn't a happy bunny when Alan Brown was reappointed. In 67 trying to show he was the daddy he dropped a whole host of international stars and brought in a load of kids and promptly got us relegated for the first time in our history. It may have been the board reeling from being made an example and being the first club to get done for under the table payments and them wanting to get rid of in those days the high wage earners.but my dad wasn't happy. We were never the same again.as regards being a high spending club. The Bank of England.
The closest to this was 78 when were terrible. Adamson had given Lord Rowell a few starts then brought Shaun Elliot at centre back or midfield ball winner, depending on who was available and Kevin Arnott who couldn't tackle but could pass a ball like nobody I'd seen since Jim (snake hips) Baxter from the kids We proceeded to beat West ham then West Brom both 6-0 then Boro 4-0. We ran out of games and still went down.but at least we put up a fight.
Watched a couple of Watford vlogs and they weren't happy with the performance, so the commentator appears to have been talking bollocks. There was a classic when one off the vloggers asked his mam on the way home what she thought of the game. She replied, " i wish the one that went over the line hadn'"t..
I'm not sure that the old "don't change a winning team" wisdom is still valid nowadays, especially in our case if you take a closer look at the talent in our squad. Could be wrang, but I think in midfield and attack heavy rotation and fully utilizing the 5 subs rule would be the most effective use of what we have at our disposal for multiple reasons. Cirkin and Alese might also belong to that group because of their age.
1/ Playing every game, often twice a week takes its toll on both the seasoned pros and younguns, risking injuries, burnouts, etc…
2/ Team spirit is excellent right now, but that could easily turn if they see that even performances like what we've seen from our entire 2nd string yesterday don't earn them a start. They all must be kept happy and motivated.
3/ As good as our 1st string are and I'm very happy with every single one of them, there are painfully long patches, when they can't string two passes together. There's an argument to be made that at the very least in terms of potential, some of the lads that came on yesterday were a class above the player they replaced. At Monaco at the 2016-17 season, not the first time in the club's history they took a calculated risk, gave 44 appearances in a season to a 18YO boy with obvious potential, equally good with both feet, taking on one on ones for fun and had a good shot in him.
El es una perspective tan emocionante. Me encanta lo que he visto hasta ahora. El podria ser simplemente " el elegiido🤞 .
Nice to have a coach that sounds like us and understands us.
What about the push on the shoulder of roberts ..penalty 🤔 in 2nd half.
I thought we would lose 3-1. Consolidation is the aim this season and we will have a bad run at some point and it will be interesting to see how the younger players react.
From what I've seen so far we will be fine and probably should have had more points.
We still need a couple more players in January though especially a striker
