  1. From a season of having like 4 to 5 strikers down to like 2. I feel like every season we are weak in one aspect of the team. Last season it was midfield and this season it strike.

  2. I'm a United fan, I want it all. I grew up with us winning it all under Sir Alex. That said I do not think we can go for all competitions with this team. I honestly think that we will end end up outside the CL places if we try to win everything. Simply because we lack the depth and quality right now.
So to answer you last point Ste, no. Especially having seen the draw. Sevilla is beatable but Juve is a very tough game. And ppl need to keep in mind when we would be playing these teams. PL fixture will be very congested.

So if ETH wont rotate ( love him but he needs to learn how the PL works really fast) then he needs to pick his battles and chose what competition to prioritise. We have already won a cup this season. If anyone offered us a cup and top 4 at the start of the season we would have taken it in a heartbeat. We dont have to try to prove a point this season. Just get top 4, play the academy lads outside of the PL, and what happens happens. Not a single soul at OT will complain if we win nothing more this season, and finish top4 . Not a one.

  3. Happy to see Arsenal out of the way but we still need the best 11 to win the trophy. Injuries and fatigue may hinder our progress. Also Sevilla, Juventus and Roma are still better teams

  4. One thing: man united is playing too direct. Almost the entire team is going for the killing pass from deep instead of keeping position and frustrates the opposite

  5. Is there any chance of talking about anyone else? Yes, Haaland scored 5 goals on Wednesday. Are you blind or do you need a wake-up call, hogson?

  6. For Fulham:

    De Gea
    Dalot Verane Martinez Shaw
    Sabitzer Fred
    Sancho Fernandes Rashford
    Weghorst

Hopefully get an early goal or two and we can rest Rashford at HT and get Pelestri on.

Rashford likely gonna get a two week break as Southgate will only give him 30 minutes if he's lucky.

Then strongest XI for after the break with Eriksen hopefully on the way back a few weeks in.

  7. Europa league I think has to be a priority at this stage especially if we beat Sevilla, it's three games to go after that, semi against Sporting or Juve, and the final should be a tap in of we get their as all the good teams have fallen on our side of the draw, Roma is the only one I thing we need to worry about for the final.

  8. I like Plellistri. He offers us proper width, he works the wing well and has a very high football iq. He's definitely worth more starts. Anthony is good but predictable.

  9. I think we should look at sporting's Manuel Ugarte…. Pretty good baller I would say and could make for a quality understudy to casemiro

  10. Maguire throws all his defensive partners under the bus with his slow predictable, under cut passes. The only player coming out with good stats is Maguire. That's why stats alone is not the way to judge a player. There should always be context (detail) to what they do. Maguire is not United level, period. Never has been, never will be.

  11. The most dangerous pass in football is when the CBs are split and one passes along the ground to the central midfield. I'd prefer passing to the fullback than that.

  12. ETH's lack of rotation really scares me heading into the end of the season.

Sure we won last night, but apart from his goal Rashford was AWFUL and looked like had played 90 minutes right at the start of the game 😬 Bruno also looked leggy at times.

I'm scared that one of our key players will get an injury from fatigue, and not only will it cost us the cups, but it could also allow top 4 to slip away.

Can tell I'm a pessimist 😅 but I felt like last night he took unnecessary risks

  13. Sevilla, Juventus and Roma is a hell of a series with three opportunities to lose it as much as win it. We’ll need to be our best, and we HAVE NOT been that. I’m concerned given our injuries and tiredness.

  14. To be honest. The only reason I would care to win Europa is being seeded in the first pot for Champions League.

  15. The team looks fatigued…I'm tired tuning in every three days! 😤 I can't imagine how tired they are. Considering also everything that has gone on. So, we have a cup, good for morale and we fight to finish in the top 4. ✅ Anything else will be a bonus. 🤝

  16. Beating Barcelona and Juve to win Europa league will be beneficial for this group as that is a champions league run will get us ready for Champions league next year 🫶🏾

  17. You talk about Maguire's one bad pass in the whole game, but what about all the times he drove up the pitch with the ball and played line breaking passes or switch of plays?? Casemiro lost the ball in dangerous positions way more than Maguire!

  18. This anti-Ineos chat is a pile of crock

The Glazers are selling 69% of the club. The remainder of the shareholders would have to be bought out or through a "hostile takeover."

    So both bids are identical

Then the objection to the news that Ineos was speaking to banks about re-financing the debt.

Qatarian bid comes from the owner of a bank, and yet members of the Bank of America were part of the delegation that held 10 hours of talks on Thursday

Ineos is moving the debt away from the club and absorbing the debt based on their £65bn/year profit

So both bidders are absorbing the debt AND they are not taking dividends as they do not need to

So both bids are equal, except Ineos comes with two satellite clubs in Nice and Lausanne!
