      Well just like that 4 years of Eden Hazard at Real Madrid have come to an end in the most disappointing fashion with today being the last day of his contract. So enjoy his first and last official games for Real Madrid. Notice any difference in the way he plays in the first game compared to the last?

      I think if you compare the two, Hazard completely lost his pace he had, so he can no longer "blitz" past defenders. In his first game, he makes things look easy despite not being used to Real Madrid & La Liga, but in his last game, you can clearly see what he’s trying to do if you know a lot about Eden, but his physical capabilities don’t allow him to do so, as he has suffered a lot from the injuries, but also because he barely even plays. Sadly, his Real Madrid dream has turned into a nightmare, and the (rather unpleasant) story ends today, but maybe in another universe, Eden turned the other way when facing Meunier that night, and everything would’ve been different? But as he said himself, it’s his story, his destiny…

      How to win dribbles against defenders trying to contain ?

      I find it relatively simple to beat defenders that go straight for the tackle ( by just pushing the ball out of their reach and running past them )

      but how do I get past defenders trying to block and contain ?

      I cant figure it out for the life of me

      best I manage is a cross pass

      any help is appreciated

      Ancelotti put a nail in the coffin in his career. I believe Hazard has more to offer despite of injuries. He is not old enough but due to lack of minutes he lost his confidence and touch. You can see in his last game he seems hesitated to take risk. Thats the difference when he was in chelsea he was always take responsible in the final third and he always take risk.
