Tobias Harris trade rumors are circulating as 76ers insider Keith Pompey reports that the Mavericks are among the teams interested in trading for Harris. Harris is entering the final year of his contract and has a cap hit of $39.2 million for the upcoming NBA season. Could Dallas trade Tim Hardaway Jr., Maxi Kleber and JaVale McGee to land Harris?
The Dallas Mavericks held an introductory press conference for rookies Dereck Lively II and Olivier-Maxence Prosper. Lively will wear #2 while Prosper will wear #18. If Kyrie Irving re-signs with Dallas, he will wear #11 per a team release. Tim Hardaway Jr. is switching to #10.

Suns fans been asking for three players hating on Ayton since the playoffs. Now they say they want two starters a bench player and firsts. This is why Suns fans are the worst in the NBA. They always act like they are the best team in nba history WHILE also being the victim. Can’t wait for this over priced team to fall apart after KD gets injured. Without any picks they will fade into obscurity where they belong. This new owner thinks he’s 2023 rich like Balmer. He’s 2003 NBA rich like Cuban.

Why rush the build of the team? Luka is just 24, give the young core two years to improve, build the team like the nuggets did, they just need patience and consistency
We have enough center like Lively, Holmes, McGee . If you want another center then TRADE Mcgee for his replacement as center ..Mavs need to focus on wing player/ forward acquisition like Hacimura, Jae crowder, Grant Williams, Pj Washington, Jalen Mcdaniels, Harrison Branes or resign C. Wood.

Lets go after DeRozan we trade THJ Maxi Bullock and McGee for DeRozan Drummond and Ball i believe the Bulls do it if we take on balls contract and we need a for sure 3rd guy I'd take Harris or Ayton but DeRozan and Drummond makes way more sense and we address two positions problems woth center and a forward we can handle balls contract for two years

If mavs really need bigs, why not just resign Wood?? 16.6ppg, 7.8rpg, 1.8apg, 1.1bpg, 51%FG, 37.6% 3p.. in just 25MPG, imagien if mava played wood more, maybe he would average 20ppg, 9rpg, 2.5apg, 1.5bpg…
When Wood playing as starting C in 17games, he average 20.4ppg, and 9.4rpg that's borderline allstar stats man!! (Vucevic was allstar in 2019 and 2021 with just 19.6ppg and 21.5ppg)
So instead of looking somewhere else, why not just use what we have..
Wood is Mavs best rebounder for the last 5-6 years (not named Luka), he also can shoot 3's, can pick and roll with Luka..
Do you know what is the most efficient pick and roll in the whole league?? Luka and wood PnR ranked 1st in PnR last year, so why mavs not sign him???
And I don't think we can get a better C than wood with Mavs current assets

Maxi is making more than McGee with an average of 5 points and 3 rebounds per game. I think the Mavs should do it as asset gathering standpoint.

The way this channel acts like Ayton is a complete bum astounds me. Ayton averaged 18 & 10 with out a clear cut role on the suns. Imaging what he would do here with 15-18 shots per game.

This explains why the suns came out with the “ we are keeping Ayton 100%” after this. It’s all a hard ball play to get a better deal from Dallas watch.
The suns countered with TH Jr, Holmes , Jeff green and 2nd Round pick and said that is the only way they are getting Ayton. Mavs obviously declined
People are underestimating what a 3 headed Monster of Luka ,Kyrie and Ayton could do. Now you got a Defensive presents for when Luka and Kyrie get burned. You got a third option that will always be open and can hit a inside jumper all day and most importantly he can rebound and take some of the load off of Luka. If Ayton can fix his butterfinger hands he would be deadly under the basket with Lukas passes. Dallas fans sleeping on Ayton. He is not a superstar but the Mavs don’t need him to be. Imo it’s a perfect fit for him
