  1. Where did this b/c team come from? what if Messi was in this line up for usa would this team still be a b/c team are one man would make a difference and upgrade the team to A team.

  2. Jordan Morris shouldn’t even be on the pitch let alone in the stadium unless he bought a ticket. He’s awful. He’s slow and has not touch. His days as a national player should be over.

  3. This team desperately needed a core of productive veteran players for this tournament which explains some of the odd choices and starters. Unfortunately pulling those from the MLS pool didn’t result in improved production. Hoping for improvements as the tournament continues but with an energized Mexico and US lucky to get a point against Jamaica, like with qualifying we might be the 3rd best team.

  4. We have Olympics coming up and Gold Cup would be the perfect time to get those young guys experience since it's U-23. Starting aging MLS players with no chance of being on the A squad roster is a waste of time and honestly could lose casual fans with lackluster performances and also being so late at night.

  5. It's annoying how everyone parrots this lie that "Aaron Long isn't the same player since that injury." This is the same bs they said about Lletget who's 5x better than Long skill-wise.

  6. Ong needs to never come back, he's never been good on the national team. Morris is not good either, dude has to literally be 5 feet directly in front of the goal post to score and he loses 1v1s like 100% of the time. Those two players are ones that need to be permanently benched.

  7. Biggest problem area for me is the midfield. Jaimaca completely controlled that area of the pitch. Sonora and A. Morris looked bad. I would play Ferreira as a 10, Michialovic as an 8/10, and Sands as 6.

  8. We should be giving our youth players experience, not these old mls scrubs. But we all know the usa soccer federation has an agenda. This is why soccer will never be a popular sport.
