Undeniably a class player, and a hard worker, and great in his position. Wish I could feel comfortable to enjoy seeing him play, but for some reason he gives me the ick on an instinctive level. Not detracting from his success, and I know he doesn't care and could buy my life, etc. He just isn't likeable or watchable to me. Just one of those things.
Dias is lynchpin in defence. His return from injury coincided with the defence shoring up. Stones is thriving and I am excited for next season with kovacic coming, it will be interesting.
Wonder if Southgate will utilise Stones like this in libero role? 🤔
