  1. The last manager who really brought back the Old Barca that everyone feared, he was unfortunate with Spain so many technical players no goal scorers.

Luis Enrique might just be the one for PSG wish Messi had stayed he would have got the best out of Messi, Mbappe and Neymar..

  2. psg will not be able to win the champions league trophy,, psg only wants instant results, not the same as manchester city which believes in the process, until finally manchester city can achieve it,,, because it believes in the process

  3. This is a brilliant appointment. Wanted him at utd more than ETH, not that im complaining now. PSG will finally start playing to their potential

  4. As a Barca fan I hate the fact that he’s going to that club. Y’all hate Barca but you want Barca products. This particular deserve anything better in football.

  5. Once again…Coach need moore time to make a good team and have results…Its hard in one year to bring all trophies to PSG

  6. I'm not a football analyst but if it is authentic that Mr. Luis Enrique is going to be the new coach of PSG, they have signed the right man for the club… PSG will most likely win the Championship League in the next coming years… Bravoo to Club now.

  7. So let me get this straight… Barca offloaded Messi before they got Xavi as manager and PSG did the same before they got Enrique. Bunch of idiots, but at least they should both trust in those 2 managers just like Man city trusted in Pep for 10 years till he finally got the UCL for them. Enrique is S tier manager imo and Xavi is next in line.

  8. Great Choice. Luis Enrique was a star footballer for the club and country. The footballing world respects him more than previous coaches like Emery, Pochettino, Galtier, Tuchel, etc., because they did not have great achievements as footballers or coaches. Moreover, he is very strict about the players' health, fitness, and training. So, PSG players will be in great shape under his command. Even as a young coach in Barca, he dropped prime Messi & Neymar simultaneously for a match citing that they weren't fresh enough, which almost cost him his job. But that's how strong he is as a person. The best thing is that Neymar will be under tremendous pressure to work hard under him as he knows that Luis only cares about performance and hard work.

So, it's a good step from PSG in the right direction. But now they need to either sell the arrogant turtle Mbappe or drop him for the whole season if he doesn't want to renew. Even if the turtle plays, he would be dropped very quickly as he can't defend and Luis Enrique doesn't tolerate this attitude. Sell mediocre footballers on the team. Purchase a proper striker (like Harry Kane) as they can't win UCL only with a pace merchant playing as a striker.

  9. too much is made of psg. Its simple psg is expected to win ligue and get to the quarterfinals of champions league and compete.Right now they need better players to accomplish their champions league goals. It is an annoying team. They buy stars to dissapear to ligue. Stars should not be playing in that crappy league.

  10. Enrique is risking it all as this club will throw him under the bus if it comes to him vs players and with that his reputation gets a massive hit .
In short nothing changes as this club is only concerned about sports washing their country's image.
