Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art, which means “the way of kicking and punching”. In taekwondo, hands and feet can be used to overcome an opponent, but the trademark of the sport is its combination of kick movements. Taekwondo is one of the two Asian martial arts included on the Olympic programme. Taekwondo made its debut as a demonstration Olympic sport at the 1988 Seoul Games, and became an official medal sport at the 2000 Sydney Games.

"my little toe got within an inch of your ear. 30 points!". There's a reason Taekwondo is just that thing little kids do after school to stay out of trouble.

I'm very happy for Carlo, I think he's a sweet great guy, he's smaller but he won with nothing less. People need to understand Taekwondo is not boxing, it's very different, Taekwondo is more like the icing skating of fighting, it's much more artistic, and legs are more difficult to switch than arms. When I was little living in my grandparents' house, my legs were always kinda wobbly, so my grandmother gave me two options: Taekwondo classes or Latin dancing classes. I picked Latin dancing because it was closer (also this was the 90's and a Taekwondo place was very hard to find) to strengthen my legs while also practicing on memory. Anyway, if you want to see hardcore fights, watch boxing or MMA, Taekwondo is "MARTIAL ART", that's the biggest misconception of Taekwondo.
So boring..
Anthony got more points than Carlo then how can he loose… Tell me
