City have just bought Kovacic. They already have Rodri, Stones and Phillips to all play as CDM. I don't understand why they'd go for Rice. It's not like he's a direct replacement for Gundogan,they're completely different players.
I hear west ham are interested in mount and keeping Rice .That sounds the best for west ham
city arent paying 100m for rice when they have phillips who do t play and they never go ove the odd for a player except grealish, this will end up like the cucurella saga
