  1. Mirror being racist or bigoted? Impossible… (sarcasm, for those who don't know what a shitshow these little right wing British newspapers are like)
Surely, Edu should sue them into oblivion!

  2. He's a great player, however,if he can get the money he or more likely his agent wants, then off you go, he's one of my favourite players, but, Chelsea are European Champions, top of the Premier League, winners of the Super Cup and I'm sure we'd have no problem signing an equally talented replacement, same with anyone else who wants to leave for bigger money.

  3. €10million is what £165,500 a week 🤷‍♂️ I'd definitely say Rudi is worth that so why not meet in the middle as you say, it will certainly cost a lot more to replace him. Also I do hope Chelsea & Mendy work together to sue for that I mean how horrendous for him having that in the news with his picture.

  4. Makes me think about Arsenal caving to Ozil's wage demands, and Sanchez getting the huge pay day at United. If the players start to think they can demand what they want then they start to think they are bigger than the club and the pressure is also huge on them to perform. Saying that, I hope they can come to a compromise because Rudiger is world class no doubt.

  5. Rudiger is enjoying the spotlight because of the "teams" success. He is not the shining light, he is replaceable. He is a good player but he has his weaknesses. I say let him go and get a replacement that has a left foot and better passing.

  6. if we lose rudiger cause we didn't want to pay 3.5mil more i would be really annoyed
how can we be willing to pay 50mil for kounde's transfer fee (+10mil salary), but can't play rudiger's 12mil salary

  7. If Chelsea club decided to pay Anthony rudiger that money I think that will not makes him to stay at Chelsea it's like he want to try other club just like hazard

  8. Pay Rudiger £200k a week simple. The guy helped bring success to Chelsea. And getting a replacement that will cost £70m and £250k a week wages for 5 years is not smart

  9. Rudiger deserves more wages but not 200 k. Yes he has been world class but he should also be thankful that tomas tuchel turned him aroukd because otherwise he might have been sold. He deserve higher wages but not 200 k in my opinion 😁

  10. While most of the world suffers from the destruction of the economy, millions of Job losses… Footballers continue in their anaesthised billionaires world… And still that's not enough or Rudiger. Send him to go and serve in refugee camp somewhere cos he seriously needs to be humbled. 2008 crisis did not touch these spoilt brats and neither does this economic storm.

  11. Have Chelsea got a 'wage structure'?
All football wages are nonsense at this level. Must cause a bit of resentment if a team mate on twice the money is playing shite.

  12. Mendy being a successful black Rich star with the fan base and support that he has including from myself wouldn’t be bothered by this I think

  13. I really want Rudiger to stay, I never want to hear that Rudiger is leaving for another club (especially madrid). If we lose him, it'll be a massive L for the club. Szalai is on our radar, and maybe we could grab Kounde if Rudiger does ever leave.
