Ini pertama kalinya coach herry ip balik lg melatih ganda putra utama di pelatnas..smpt keluar di medio 2008-2010, lalu masuk pelatnas 2011 , beliau bilang skuad ganda putra indonesia wkt itu memang krg bagus…hendra / kido setau saya wkt itu sdh pemain non pelatnas, dan peringkatnya masih 10 besar , sdngkn di pelatnas wkt itu ada ahsan/bona..scr prestasi memang ga terlalu bagus ketimbang kido/hendra, after olimpik 2012, ahsan/bona dipisah lalu saat bersamaan kido/hendra jg berpisah…hendra wkt itu balik lagi ke pelatnas lalu dipasangkan dgn ahsan, sejak saat itulah ahsan/hendra jadi duet ganda anyar yg sukses dan hasil racikan awal coach naga api π
