Shaqiri is an outstanding talent. The guy may not be very consistent and for that reason he can’t be considered a top class player. But when I see him play for my national team Switzerland he’s fantastic.
This what happens when players leave Liverpool 🤷🏼♂️
Don't sleep on Facundo Torres ESPN FC
Winning a MLS MVP is about as prestigious as winning player of the week for Premiere league second division EFL
raul ruidiaz wins it
Douglas Costa is winning it
Why do Yanks come up with terms about football I haven't heard of?
Throw Douglas Costa in the mix. He’s joining LA Galaxy and could honestly light the league up
all these two clowns know about is stats
Who cares … It's the MLS.. Both only there for a holiday & early retirement
I thought Insigne wasn't coming until summer (or end of Serie A 2021-2022 season). If thats the case, it would be pretty hard for him to win MVP. I may have remembered wrong though.
Sebby don’t be so hard on yourself – anyone with a brain can respect what you do
who cares!!
Atl Utd deserves a better washed European club player than Brad Guzan.
Shaqiri is a luxury player. World class offensivly, but not interested defensivly. Should be more than enough for the MLS tho. And he's very sensitive, he needs to know he plays every single game and he needs to feel love from his coach. Then he produces. Dude can do things no other football player can do, he's pure instinct.
I live right outside of Chicago not the biggest MLS fan but I really would love for the Fire to be relevant here so I can have an actual club team to support. They’re so much of an afterthought rn in the city
There's a good chance of Insigne not even making the roster for the WC if Italy does qualify… We didn't select Giovinco when he was humiliating MLS defenses and even someone like Andrea Pirlo was excluded from the National Team right after he crossed the Atlantic.
Insigine is one of the top 20 wingers in the world.. Hes the most talented player (at his age) to ever come to MLS… Giovinco and Vela were very solid players and they did very well… Insigine is an elite player in Europe … Hes gonna lite it up
Shaqiri who? Insigne way more Top Class comparing to Insigne ! Video and debate without any reasons! That shows as in the USA who call football…soccer; know anything about this Sport and they don't even follow it !
Shaqiri is by far the best Swiss player of all time. Yes he did not make many games in Liverpool, but Liverpool was the best team in the world at that time, while Napoli is never on the same level. And then these numbers, they do not say anything, but if you wanna talk about it, Shaqiri has two Champions League titles, while Insigne has none.
Seeing the fire get mentioned by the media makes me smile
Insigne will surely lose his place as starter in the Worldcup. By the way these MLS pundits are ridiculous than craig, shaka, and the gang.
retirement league
I don't think either will win MVP tbh. Isn't Insigne joining like 5 months into the season? I think both of them will perform, along with Douglas Costa and I think its great for the league. I just cant imagine any of them winning it in their first season. Carlos Vela is back, Josef Martínez has a full season, if Taty performs like he did towards the end of the season last year and somehow doesn't get traded I can see him winning it also.
Shaq for Sure. He will shine in MLS
Y’all don’t even know how to pronounce shaqiri name correctly 😂
