  1. I have a darts question… So he needed 120 points to win ….so why not shoot for triple 20? Then you only need 2 to win …or if you make one miss one…..THEN you shoot double 20. Was he just showing off or ?…..?

  2. Why dont they play the darts game where 20-16 score ….plus bulls….and when both players get three of a particular number….that number closes. Seems much more challenging…..no?

  3. Watching him after meeting him 3 days ago 😂 he came to my school lmao his manager told me about this moment so i wanted to check it out, can’t believe it 😂

  4. On the face of it this appears to be showboating however it is quite a clever (if very bold) finish. First of all his last throw of 41 was poor so he wasn't 100% sure he would hit the treble. The double is a bigger bed so he thought 'i could get 3 in there if the first one is a good lie' and it was, he followed it. Very good shot but also very clever.

  5. Aspinall a class act in congratulating the big guy there!

Wade and Lewis wouldn’t have broken stride, zero respect for any of their opponents

  6. Probably the YouTube video that I watched most times. The execution, the commentator, the reaction of both rival and even the counter, priceless

  7. ok anyone want some maths?

This from looking at the success rates of top pros hitting doubles or triples when trying

They hit a treble twenty 15-20 percent of the time they aim for it so lets say 17.5%
    they hit an main double ( tops..16 and 8 ) 3 times in 8 (37.5% )
lets assume a top pro can always hit a single 20

so to check check out triple, single, double is going to work on average 6.5% of the time
to check out double, double, double is going to work on average 5.2% of the time.

    so not much in in

Going double double double has 2 side effects that ar tough to estimate.

your aim is hardly changing so it should be easier
the area you are aiming for gets smaller

Either way I was surprised how close the two routes were in percentage terms,

Hope at least 1 other person founf this interesting.
