Toni is a professional and that is a fair assessment. I’m sure all this English media hype means nothing to him. Kroos will be looking to see if Bellingham can pull his weight at Real. He probably will, but it’s no guarantee. People get so worked up about it.

This is what Madrid is about the way Kroos thinks. You can’t come here and settle in thinking you have won your spot. You earn it and you have to work hard for it. Hazard thought he would do the same as he did with Chelsea. He was doing okay in the beginning but Vini worked hard and took Hazard out for good. Hazard didn’t want to fight for that position and improve and Vini did so that’s what he means. You need to have heart to play for Madrid. That’s why these commentators don’t know what it is to be a Madridista and never giving up. That’s why we have some of the most legendary comebacks.
