Lampard has no business near management. He has ended up losing the respect of many people even in the media. Incredibly pathetic. This guy doesn't think about the club, he cares about resurrecting his career by proving a dead point, because after that stinker he had at Everton it was clear that he wasn't ready for this level (EPL) not to mention a club of our magnitude, yet he took the job knowing the risk at stake with his current level. Lampard was ready to risk our position in the league just to revive his managerial career. The fact that John Terry or Drogba stayed far away says a lot too, and when you hear what Mikel said about how he isolated himself from the group as a player, it becomes clear that he wasn't going to be a manager with people's skill, and therefore would inspire absolutely NOBODY.

Happy we haven't paid that for vlahovic. Ik there's room for improvement, but if we want to use someone that's young, we should just trust in broja/ DDF. I'd rather someone prem proven, 80m on someone not prem proven, if we have to wait for toney wait for toney, or look into mitrovic. Kane I'd rather him than mitrovic, but he's just unlikely. I don't want it to be true.
We have talented young players, ddf was meant to be the next Drogba, but we don't use them, I don't want to get someone else young, and our current players get sold, it's awful, boehly brought gp in for youth. We have nothing to lose, and can't change up what blatantly isn't working.
The way we've treated these player's is so bad, I don't understand why they haven't asked for transfers or even loans, I don't want to see us get another young guy until we've sorted out our current players, our team for now and development those younger talents.
