  1. Well, the man said it all. You can't just expect to win because you played better. if the other team puts the foot in front of the ball at the right time, it doesn't matter if they did the most spectacular play of 100 passes in a row.

  2. If Mourinho been in charge a bit longer:
Spurs players: Stab each other in the dressing room.
Mourinho: I am happy that you have this reaction.

  3. I ask myself if their reactions are genuine…if they are not acting a certain way jyst because they are being filmed for the sake of their documentary…same goes to the Lloris and son incident

  4. Thats why mourinho's team is always about big nasty guys(Chelsea..Real..Inter)…had to be done in a football game at times…rough plays

  5. Mourinho has nothing more to offer, he's lost the sense. His words were slacking, the modern game moved too quick on him. Couldn't update himself earlier before now it's too late to catch up cos the modern game is never slowing down. His ego let him down, he thought he was gonna remain relevant all the generation.

  6. I didn’t Jose was so wise, I’m hypnotised by all of his videos, this guy is an expert at taking any situation and making it productive, positive and inspiring, what a guy

  7. football has moved on from mourinho and his negative tactics. he needs a world class squad to win anything and/or massive budgets. his recent roles have proven it. that kind of football doesnt work anymore. its been worked out. his managerial career at the top level was done years ago.

  8. Jose noted this same thing many times to the players, this thing that everyone else ignores- Tottenham players, for throughout its history, have mostly been very decent blokes. Too soft-hearted *for the game*. Too nice.

You cannot be nice in the Premier League. And if you use this fact, now you know why they bottle so often. I don't know if its easy for everyone to relate to this but i can relate. When i played against my older brother in FIFA 14, we were both equally good. So it ended up on who's having the better day. So on my days, as soon as i started totally unloading on him, say, i'm winning 3-0, i'll look at his face and be like, "okay. 3-0 is enough; no need to deal unecessary damage." Then i'd be like, "no no no… don't do this mistake, you're going to bottle it". Finally i'll find myself an excuse to yield and say, in my mind, "if i deserve to win, i should be able to defend a 3 goal lead" and thereon i'll start to defend. And then he'd come back and thrash me. And i end up bottling it. So again, what caused my demise? I was too nice.

That's the thing i always wanted everyone else to note and so i am glad that José put it to perspective. Tottenham, post 2010, had a lot of great players. I appreciate the meme-culture but they overdid that so much, everyone started to believe it for real. Keep it real guys.

  9. You can’t not admire him, his players fight, he sits and listens, and then has the whole room feeding out the palm of his hand. Amazing management

  10. i think jose really wanted to make deli ali his old self again it’s such a shame with how he was treated at spurs and how ali carear has gone down hill. won’t be surprised to see him in championship with his attitude.

  11. To be honest watching these shows make me appreciate a whole lot more how much pressure the players are under at that level. I mean some of them are only kids too.

  12. As Man United and Real Madrid fan Jose Mourinho is a good coach but his tactics is no longer as effective as it once was. Now it's all about counter pressing and defensive.

  13. Look at Jose's Madrid, they play fiercly against Barcelona, although they lost most of the time against Barca in first two seasons, they have that "evil" guys mentality to make fouls and take bookings to either prevent conceding a goal or stop other team's momentum. Imo Ramos had lots of bookings under Mourinho. Being too kind is bad in sports
