I don't know if there's still a fitness issue over Lokonga but with Xhaka and Elneny out, will Patino be on the bench? I doubt Arteta would look to him to start, but if, say, 2-0 (shut up, we can dream) by the 60th minute and Lokonga's looking a tad shaky … and this is without considering Partey's durability on the pitch. We've not had much luck there. And while in midfield I'll add that I'm not sure how I feel about Xhaka being out for 3 games. I think I'm happy about it as it will give this hopefully give this new partnership the opportunity to blossom.

I agree with you on Wilshere and, at his age, I was thinking a coaching role might open. It's not like he's busy doing anything else at the mo, so could look to gain certification.

I've not been able to work out what's best for AMN. Obviously, not being shoddily treated for one. He's a great baller but I think you only get the most out of him, whether in midfield or defence, when he feels secure. We weren't partey to the conversation between AMN & MA, but I get the impression that MA isn't that great a people person. I think AMN needs the love. We'll see how it goes, eh?

Hein vs Ramsdale. Sure, he played a blinder for Estonia (population 1.3 million, less than half the size of Wales) but he hasn't got much competition as the other 2 GK's in the Estonia squad play for domestic teams, and they're a couple of years older. Were he English, he'd be about joint 126th in the pecking order. Ramsdale is our future and possibly England's too – so Hein's correct to be slow in re-signing.

I like Wilshere but I cannot stand with his injuries. Play 1-2 good games and after that get injured for 2-3 months. Waste of money. Please don't unless we willing to pay him on playing/game time basis.

I love Jack but are we really looking into this as fans got nuff lovd for the guy but this is why we are in a mess because us fans accept this bs we would welcome kos back even though he did the shirt reveal our clubs in a state but so is our fan base.
