This time it’s Daizen Maeda.

  1. Starting to worry about them players leaving for the Japan squad.

Their game is Feb 1st. We have a big game the following day…. and this pundit tells us they will even make it a neutral venue in order to get their best players available.

  2. I'd like to see Turning Japanese by the Vapors getting sung at the next match, suitably reworded. Australia and Japan are competing for the same WC spot btw. Rogic might need to hire a bodyguard or two.

  3. Sounds quite similar to Abada with not being create at dribbling and good in behind. Probably best they don't play together in the front 3

  4. Nearly 10k views and not even 500 likes, come on folks, this is quality output. 👏 Thanks for these videos. Enjoyed, better than the 5 min read in the tabloids.

  5. Hamish. Have been watching from Aus since June. Great guests and great questions. (The celtic press crew should watch). Keep up the good work mate.
It seems Ange is bringing in players to set the culture of expected work rate.

  6. Hopefully one of the other two signings will unseat McGregor who is a not bad player but not a great one either, very inconsistent, I honestly think Ange has sussed him out, if Celtic want to progress they need to upgrade the likes of McGregor, I predict he will move over and free up the captains role for Hart who would be far better in that role

  7. It is exciting that Celtic have signed these players however we also need more players with height and strength. Referees in Scotland don't give players protection.🍀🇯🇵

  8. Brilliant news. Ange has knocked the board into shape and has given us all I impetus to get right behind the team for the second half of the season. Hail hail!

  9. Maeda, Kyogo and Jota. Hatate McGreggor and Rogic. Scales, Julien, CCV and Juranovic with Joe between the posts.
Ralston, Turnbull, Gio, Forrest, Guchi, Dembelle, McCarthy, Bitton, Welsh, Taylor, Johnston, to be introduced during games to keep the tempo going. Competition is the key and they all know their form dips, its arse on bench time.

  10. Great input from Sam. Be interesting to keep him popping on to tell us how Japan reacts to us giving their players a chance. We have a chance to also sell merchandise which needs to be worked on. Celtic Superstore in Tokyo? Why not? We had Naka so we have zero fear the Japanese lads will cut it in a breeze. For once in January, I am not losing the plot with our past dithering and failing to prepare bollocks, that cost us 10 out of 13 shots at the CL. Keep it up.

  11. Mate you made a video on how to pronounce the names of all 3 new players and every video you’ve pronounced their names different 🤣

  12. Sam's very knowledgeable about Japanese football and is a good guest, he did well considering he seemed to be very nervous. Great to get an unbiased viewpoint as he does not seem to be a fanboy of one team but a connoisseur of all Japanese football. Would make a great scouting addition for Ange of current Japanese new bhoys

  13. I don’t think we’ll get the full benefit of Maeda’s pace in the spl with teams sitting in the whole game but I’m definitely excited about this signing. Now, if he’s to be on the left I wonder if that tells us anything about Jota (and I don’t really expect us to sign him up anyway).

  14. Daizen Maeda won the highest scorer in the J-League in Japan. His speed is comparable to Kyogo. Leo is a utility player who can handle everything from forwards to defense. He has recently been selected to represent Japan and is promising in the future. Ideguchi runs around the court and shows his face wherever he goes.
