as for barca i liked Xavi at beginning but now is going too long.. he understands game tactics but has no managerial skills & at end of season it's total disorder on the field .. most guys plays every other game on 80% & selfish … no constant play at certain level just ups downs Lewandowski 90% on good positions but ignored .. Xavi is good as coach assistant but barca needs more experienced coach with managerial skills.. unfortunately it's business … hehehe just saying

It’s easy to understand this. Messi is at the absolute twighlight of his career having achieved everything he ever set out to. The motivation is now gone for the highest honours of club football. Barcelona are a building club with ambition to return to the top level they had in the golden era and they aren’t going to get there with a bunch of 35 year olds. They need youth, they need hunger and a vision. Messi would go there, the club would have to shuffle this to make that work, push this aside to get him into the picture and all at the expense of other peoples salaries and earning power. Messi knew this as well as how it last ended for him. He’s done exactly the right thing for himself and Barcelona, taking a working holiday in the party and social climate of a Miami is going to be fun for him and his family. Playing a competitive but non highly strung league like in Europe where the demands are astronomical, he can go there, enjoy his football as if he were playing friendlies every week, help players improve their level.
Messi will go back to Barcelona one day but in a role that helps develop the clubs youth.

Barcelona, their board are very untrustworthy. All this talk about them having to slash salaries and release players, every big club does that but they were making it seem like it was because Messi was coming. Every club does that but Barca were making it sound like it was all because of Messi.
