      Leao or Hauge for the left. Ziyech or illic on the right. Brandt or Vlasic as CAM. Amazing video as always. I can't over emphasize the need to keep Hauge. Give him a run of games. Pobega is fine no need for bakayoko. Pobega might even better than Tonali.

      LW – Kvaratskhelia looks pretty good from what I've seen. He's not just a LW; he can also play any where behind the strikers. Rumors were that this deal was being brokered by Khaladze. If we do end up, selling Hauge AND Leao, he or Damsgaard would be my pick. However, I say stick with Leao. Hauge doesn't look like he fits in, and he's not going to get much time behind Rebic and Leao. Looks like he should be sold, unfortunately.

      AM – Not a fan of Ilicic currently. He's inconsistent, old, and problematic emotionally. Has had a good career elsewhere, but nobody should be in Milan based on past accomplishments. Brandt hasn't played well these past 2 years. Doesn't seem like he'd be much cheaper than Vlasic, but Vlasic is in much better form. Vlasic seems like the most professional, hard working, creative, direct players available. Dream signing for me. If we land him, I can solidly say we are better than last year.

      RW – Not a fan of Berardi. At Sassuolo, he's awarded the freedom to get into the box and score or make key passes from very close to goal. In Milan, he's going to be asked to provide width. He's just going to get in the way of the other attackers. I don't rate this player, and I think what we are seeing now from him is "big fish in a small pond" syndrome. Ziyech would be my dream. If we signed him + Vlasic, I think we are Scudetto contenders. Love Saelemakers too, but Castillejo has to go.

      CF – That "eye for Brazilian transfers" was due to Leonardo. I'm not sure we have that eye anymore. I also think that in the time Neymar has come to Europe, the gap between the Brazilian Serie A and Europe's top leagues has only gotten bigger. That being said, Kaio Jorge is interesting. He is very young, very fast. However, he plays as a false 9, which we have never really used since Capello or Sacchi. If we lose out on him, I won't lose sleep over it. One for the future. I like Colombo, and I'm rooting for him. But he's just not good enough yet. I don't expect a permanent solution to the number 9 position to be solved this summer.

      Needs improvement if Milan are to challenge for top 4

      Ideal attacking outcome for me would be:
      LW: Leao + Rebic (Give them a season just playing their own position not as a ST, to try show themselves), and sell Hauge
      CAM: Vlasic + Brahim (5m loan + 20m option, hopefully we can get this sorted)
      RW: Leon Bailey/Berardi + Saele if we can get them for a loan to buy or can realistically afford 30ish for either
      ST: Ibra + Giroud + Kaio for 3m
      And maybe a wildcard of Ilicic on top of them just for added depth, not as a starter

      Ziyech – RW, Leao – LW, CAM – Brandt, ST – Jorge. Loan out Hauge and Colombo. Dalot as RB and give Pobega a shot in the Midfield rotation

      AM : Vlasic.. The guy is better than Chala. He's faster, better with the ball (dribble), steps more often in the opponent's area, scores.
      Ziyech and Leao are too soft for Italian Serie A (same goes for Shale) … We've seen Leao dissappear in many games. If Milan go for Ilicic, I'm not sure he would be for AM / 2nd striker.. He also plays RW, don't rule that out.
      The main issue is that Milan needs quality and experience.
      Guys, I've been watching Milan since 1989.. Its great we are in the CL, but for Milan shouldn't count, AC Milan IS the Champions League.

      Well I am back…Still waiting for Elliot to make a REAL SIGNING to improve our squad so we aren't embarrassed out of the UCL. Oh I know they're just waiting for this big Hauge sale to go through before getting us a new CAM lol. What a joke, we are so toast. Not only could Elliot not spend the money necessary to improve a squad that performed WAAYY over their heads last season. But they wouldn't even cough up the extra few million to resign the players needed to maintain the status quo. Instead we lost our CAM to our allegedly broke rivals, lost our homegrown Euro MVP GK to the Sheiks, and now selling off players who played key roles for us last season. I honestly feel bad for our players and Pioli. The chemistry is going to be absolute dog s#@t, that's to say nothing about the lack of talent. I never would have imagined last Christmas when Theo nailed that header to send us to the break on top that this season was going to be an aberation, a mirage of false success. I NEVER would have believed that Milan would actually take a step backwards after re-qualifying for the UCL. I can only hope that there is some billionaire out there with boyhood memories of Milan that will some day end this brief nightmare called Elliot.
