I WAS RIGHT!!!!! I knew it. The moment both champions came out and wanted to determine who the real Cruiserweight Champion is, a ladder match gets into the scene. It makes sense too. Michaels and Ramone were both Intercontinental Champions but to be the real Intercontinental Champion they settle it out in a ladder match.
