Playing for the Cooper Cougars is a dream for any kid growing up in the Abilene area. Their rich tradition on the field has made playing for the Coogs a rite of passage for any Abilene athlete. One such athlete, Skyler Wilson, had his share of hard times, but his vision to become a Cooper football player helped pull him through. Because of his hard work and determination, the Big Country Chevy Spotlight shines at Cooper High School
