  1. send him! give him a chance to play regularly and to prove himself in the prem. then nab him back and make him #1 for the next 10 years 😂😂

  2. Thanks for having me on lads. Lot of respect for LFC and the city of Liverpool. All the best for next season and thanks for Danny Ward last season!!

  3. This is a point I've made about John Acterberg, since he has been our GK coach all of them have failed to command their own box. Even the brief time Reina was with him resulted in an experienced keeper losing form.

It is telling that Ward struggled to control his box at the start of the season, but improved the longer he was away from our coach.

Acterberg has a clear style, a passive style that teaches keepers to stay back and be ready for a shot on target, rather than going forwards to claim crosses.

In part this is why our back 4 can look shambolic at times. It's because they are being asked to deal with crosses that other teams expect to be dealt with by the keeper.

  4. I'm not a big fan of Danny Ward but if he goes to Huddersfield it will be the right move for him. Also, before the Championship ended I wanted Brighton and Huddersfield to get promoted so congrats to them 🙂

  5. "He grew with first team football" He was playing first team football with Aberdeen so well that Jurgen recalled his loan. Maybe you just underrated him.

  6. Cheers for coming on redmen mate. Heard you and your son James talking on the Long Ball Street podcast, really good to get a Huddersfield view. Ward looks like a top prospect, interested to see what happens to the lad.

  7. Who liverpool should buy:

    Mo Salah (£38 Million)
    Gelson Martins (£44 Million)
