I really am not bothered you got Sule, I hope Dortmund becomes competitive actually. You guys have been really, really, REALLY bad this year especially at the back… and besides, this makes for a more interesting Der Klassiker, eh? haha
It's a good thing that we signed an established cb & that too from our biggest rivals.
On the other hand Akanji is flirting to a move & if we can get Schlotterbeck it would be a big W in the defence
I am incredibly happy with this one. Sule is a fantastic player, he knows the league, and is the perfect age. I mean…a sensible defensive transfer? 🤯
Since Witsel for sure is leaving this summer when his contract expires I'dve rather signed a CDM but Sule will be a good CB with Akanji or with Hummels/Akanji if Can becomes our CDM. I just hope we can offload players like Burki and free up the wage structure to sign more players we need.

With Sule, he will need a fast CB partner and a CDM with speed too. Sule can organize and dominate the air. Need speed around him. Need a CDM, Right back and CB. If Haaland leaves, need a smart pick up at striker, maybe Danny Ings or Timo Werner?

Might as well sign Timo from Chelsea I can understand the sell the prospects but still tho make the league competitive I don't mind watching Bayern win but not in March or something would like it to go to the last day like la Liga at times or when Liverpool and City we're 1-2 points between the league.

My opinion on signing a winger is that we don’t even play a formation that allows for a winger so there is no purpose of signing one. Get Adeyemi and then play a 3421 which fits almost everyone’s play style
Dortmund should loan out Daxo. I think what he really needs is playing time and can be very useful down the road for Dortmund
We need to get rid of Witsel, Schulz, Burki, Passlack? and Zags. I feel bad for him but it just doesn’t seem he’s up to par and I had hopes for him improving. Been wanting Süle since I saw him at Hoffenheim, my dream would be getting Sclotterbeck and LACROIX! (I know I’ve been saying his name alot) and retaining Akanji because he’s been playing admirably we’d still need a proper CDM of course whoever that would be. Rose needs to not be pigeonholed into one system and adapt as the game plan needs goddamnit, meaning a back 3 has to be viable and to rotate because Reus and Hummels just can’t play every minute and look good. The Adeyemi signing seems all but done to me, I just don’t want to lose Haaland please god at least one more year
I don’t see Dortmund completely gutting the squad in one season. I think Akanji will leave and they will bring in a DM that also adds to CB depth e.g Kamara. I have a feeling the front 3 next season will be Reus, Adeyemi, Werner. High, risk but potentially high reward signings which Dortmund have become known for.
