  1. Not a fan of the Upamecano deal. Hes basically Zouma with a little better passing. He still has moments of mistakes in him. Wish we developed Tomori he would be just as good if developed properly

  2. We the way we play currently, few players would want to come to our club. Lampard is developing to a new version of Sarri, refusing to change tact when things aren't going well.

  3. Pointless buying that centre back. Chelsea has Zouma, Tamori, Thiago, Christensen, Sarr… Just give them time to develop instead of unnecessarily wasting money.

  4. Just do a upamecano and nagelsmann deal like we did sarri and jorginho. Hopefully nagelamann gives tomori a chance and plays him in a back three of him zouma and upamecano after silva is gone.

  5. If we buy him need to sell Christensen and eudiger keep tomori and wish we could stop this loan army we have 3 central defenders on loan if they aren't going to play for us sell them

  6. Upamecano won't be moving this month, summer time though there will be many teams going for him. Tomori should leave the club, for his own sake, same as Lamptey did. He'll never get a crack with Frank, simple as that. If I was Tomori, I'm leaving. He needs to play, establish himself in the EPL. If he believes in himself, he'll leave.
Gilmour is a great young talent, love watching him play. Very steady, cerebral player. Mount and Havertz together will limited the team ultimately as Mount is a limited mid and when he plays, most of the build up is through Mount, which will limit Kai by default.
I don't think Chelsea board and Frank thought through those 2 German transfer decisions. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of logic involved seeing how Frank's using them and in regards to players here. Just one example is signing Ziyech….a wizard with crossing yet they spend 50 mil on Timo who isn't a target man. Frank leaves the big target man on the bench. No logic. Why buy Timo after buying Ziyech….given both players attributes.
Same idea with Mount and Kai in that both play a similar style. Kai has far more talent than Mount and far more potential in regards to offensive capabilities yet Mount is the preferred choice to play and build up industry with.
Given the amount of investment, those transactions didn't make sense.

  7. For me, I see Gilmour as a playmaker that can also break up the opponent's play in the middle of the park. He is better than Jorginho even though the Italian has more playing experience than him.
