I think this is textual really great. But you are wrong about Van Gaal mate. He is the biggest coach we have since Michels and Cruijff. I choose them intentially because they, as him, (r)evolutionized football and changed the game / clubs, and Van Gaal also did that, over a decade before Guardiola came with his (pretty identical) version.
Van Gaal might be a strange man and be stoic, but he has a good heart and is one of the rare coaches that makes good on promises, but not in the way you think he will but the Dutch way, that is restructuring slowly and implement youngsters. In a couple of years you will also thank him that he has done the dirty work.
