  1. Mitch doesn't seem very smooth or athletic or particularly skilled (I thought he was a black belt bjj?), but he's obviously insanely tough and strong and has the "never-quit" of a seal. This is a man who has literally killed people in actual war.

  2. Seal needs to work on his underhook game. He rests too much in a clinch and gives his opponent room to underhook and lock his hands up. He shouldn't let an opponent do that. It's hard to defend a take down when that happens.

  3. What nobody realises, is that Navy SEALs are trained killers. You know how many times Mitch coulda snapped his neck, Literally use his 2 fingers and crush his windpipe, And they have that drilled into their head from the 1st day that a Navy guy signs up to try out to become a SEAL, Their trained to never quit, NO MATTER WHAT. They run like 6 or 7 miles every day with a 75 pound ruck sack on their back, in military boots, I know a few people in the special forces community I have family in what not in this kid looks really dangerous this is the 1st time I saw him fight I don't know how is been doing but He looks really dangerous and I would not want to be in the ring with him

  4. The SEAL would of been another Don Frye in a arm bar. He doesn’t know how to give up, so his arm would be broken instead.

  5. When you’re trained to fight but to kill and use full devastating aggression towards your enemy there was no doubt who was gonna win. I just hope he fights like that every fight. Thank you for your service!
