I have a question about the rules of football I'm gonna use the Willis fumble as a example. If after he fumbled and if the osu player would have nocked it out the back of the end zone instead of falling on it on the 3 would it still have been a touch back with osu keeping the ball. That's a strange and bad rule anyway but I've never seen anyone do that so idk if they could actually do that or not
