Charlton just got promoted to the Championship. Bielik to me is definitely ready to at least get a spot in the first team. As a DM, his reading of the game is good. He tracks runners, intercepts and blocks, he's also a good passer and header of the ball. His good positional play makes it for his lack of pace. Arsenal should definitely give him a new contract.
Sell Kos, Monreal, Mustafi bring back Bielik & Chambers get a CB of the same quality or better than Sokratis. Sell Elneny & Xhaka, promote Wilcock bring back Nelson, but we still need to sign 2 CM's. Sell Iwobi sign ryan fraser or brandt. Probably too much to do in 2 transfer windows though…..

Umtiti would be a welcomed addition to the squad but damn his injury record is crazy
I'd rather see us bring our youth through rather than buy young players, unless they've had appearances in the prem.

Chambers isn't good enough to play for Arsenal Football Club imo but he has done very well at Fulham. He fully deserved to be named their POTY
If we where to sell Bielik to Norwich I would insert a cheap by back clause incase he has a great season for them.
Tough decisions will have to be made, I think selling chambers will be a good move
