Lets be honest. Kazakhstan did well in the nations league but i dont think they can get 2nd in group H. Finland and Slovenia will battle for 2nd. And i wouldnt say Denmark has 1st guaranteed. Remember finland beat denmark in the euros.
My prediction is

2. Finland
3. Slovenia
4. Kazakhstan
5. Northern Ireland
