What gets me is why can't the United scouts find these players such as Kim Min Jae, Caciedo and the rest before paying the stupid amounts of money. Lindeolf/Varane Jae/Licha
Shaw/Malacia
They are set very well to be strong. If they bring in Frimpong move Dalot to left to compete with Malacia as cover for Shaw then its even stronger.
I think it would be very disapointing to move AWB out and start with Dalot/Frimpong as RB options. AWB gives something that others dont being defensive sound vs big sides or a particular winger eg Mitoma.
Jae in Maguire out is the perfect buy for Utd. As is Rabiot. Rabiot on a free is a no brainer. He can play as pivot or as a replacment for Casemiro. The only way hes not worth it is if they had a Caciedo, Ugarte or Camvinga coming in as the long term Casemiro replacment. Otherwise early signings of Jae and Rabiot would be a great sign going into the summer. Two very clever potential signings to address issues in squad eg Maguire and lack of back up CDM

I have full respect for KMJ becuase he is top class and looked amazing in the World Cup, but I get vibes of Maguire. A club that shockingly win the league and an older CB who shines but isnt the main man, and never lives up to the price tag. Now I dont think anyone can be as bad as Maguire but Kim Min Jae was a nobody until last year and may not be ready for the new challenge especially is someone gets injured. United should be signing the best of the best. United should sign a world class proven player like Marquinhos, Skriniar, Militao, De Ligt, Koulibaly, or Sule.
