      He should be let off and then make it a rule where if you alter bets in any way THEN you get a worldwide ban. Maybe if it was a worldwide ban before he did it maybe he wouldn’t have.

      8 month ban for gambling yet some of their sponsorships come from gambling websites/companies. 8 months yet they do nothing when it comes to racism. The FA and FIFA as a whole are disgusting!

      Every player bets on games. It’s strange how they are singling out Toney, unless this is just the beginning and more players will get bans.

      He should be allowed to train in the clubs gyms if hes not allowed on the pitch. Its not like a driving ban, when its up you just hope in your car and start diving, it takes about a month to two months to be match ready if your starting from scratch

      In a world where numerous clubs are sponsored by betting companies, feature them prominently on the front of their shirts and on boards around their pitches, it seems rather ironic that a player gets punished for using the service such companies provide. If he was betting on his own games, or games Brentford affect or could be affected by, if he was found to be matchfixing games he bet on, then absolutely ban him for years to come. But as far as im aware, that is not the case. The FA should banish betting company sponsors as well if they wanna take the moral highground against players.

      In the meantime, racism, tragedy chants, Fat Sam Allarshyte, Joey Barton, Chelski, and Man Cheaty get a free pass and a pat on the back as funds are passed under the table.

      Ban all the teams that have betting sponsorship including Sky Bets leagues…but then they want to say kick r*cism out of football but give Ivan Toney a harsh punishment 🙃
